Participants are expected to start arriving in Bogalusa around noon and to head out for Franklinton by 1 p.m.

At each stop, riders will get a playing card and will be allowed to purchase one extra card at a cost of $5 for their poker hands. The game winner will receive $500. Second place will get $300. And the third place prize will be $100.

"We expect it to be the largest poker run ever to be held on the northshore," said Jason Lisovicz, ACS representative.

Lisovicz said he expects at least 150 motorcycles and 120 cars to take part. And he expects the run to raise more than $27,000 for cancer research and programs.

Mojo Extreme Motor-ports has also donated a 2004 Suzuki Volusia for a raffle in conjunction with the event. Tickets cost $20 for one or $50 for three and only 1,000 will be sold. They can be purchased from Relay for Life representatives.
