Bobby Conerly, 55, passed away on Saturday, July 19, 2008 at Riverside Medical Center. He was a resident of Franklinton.

Survivors include his mother, Vergie L. Conerly of Franklinton; his fiancé, Debra Davis of Franklin-ton; three sons, Torea T. Conerly and Bobby LaDerek Conerly, both of Tylertown, Miss; and Tabarcause Conerly of Phoenix, Ala.; a stepson, Damorrial “Pedi” Causey of Hattiesburg, Miss.; two daughters, Shurrie W. Conerly of Tylertown, Miss. and Shineta (Ruben) Turner of LaPlace; a stepdaughter, La’Chante (Christopher) Matthews of Bogalusa.

He is also survived by four brothers, Johnny S. Conerly, Ricky Conerly, Larry Dillon and Floyd Dillon; six sisters, Stella Blunt of Chicago; Bonnie Lee, Sylvia Lee, Dollie Lee, Angela Clark and Donna (Terry) Blunt, all of Franklinton; four grandchildren and 5 step grandchildren.

Visitation will be Wednesday, July 23 at Crain & Sons Funeral Home from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. with family hour from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The funeral service will be held Thursday, July 24 at Friendship COGIC in Franklinton at 2:00 p.m., with Supt. Herbert Wagner, Pastor and Rev. Chris Matthews, Pastor, officiating. Interment will follow at Hayes Chapel Cemetery.
