The 72nd annual Children’s Coronation will be held 6:30 p.m. Friday at the Bogalusa High School auditorium.� 

This year’s theme is “A Night of Romance” depicting children in costumes representing couples throughout history and fairytales.�  The retiring king and queen are King Bogue 71st, Gabriel Hunter Hughes, son of Shane and Melondy Hughes and Queen Lusa 71st, Aislinn Elizabeth White, daughter of Johnny and Alison White. King Bogue 72nd is Zachary Noah Kirkland, son of Mr. and Mrs. Chet Kirkland.�  Queen Lusa 72nd is Emerson Rosalee Wascom, daughter of Tommy and Tammy Wascom.�  Prince Louis 19 is Rex Alan Perrette, son of Alan and Wendy Perrette�  and Princess Anna 19 is Jana Marie Hobgood, daughter of Will and Shanna Hobgood.�  Crown bearer to King Bogue 72nd is Matthew Cade Kirkland, son of Mr. and Mrs. Chet Kirkland; and crown bearer to � Queen Lusa 72nd is Seth Michael McClendon, son of Kandi Bankston and Michael McClendon.
