Charles I. Dittmar

Charles I. Dittmar, age 86, a resident of Franklinton, died at 4:45 a.m. on Monday June 22, at Good Samaritan Nursing Home. He was a native and long time resident of Williamsport, Pennsylvania and had lived in Franklinton for seven years. He was a U. S. Army veteran of World War II who always enjoyed photography. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.

He is survived by his wife Raelene Dittmar of Franklinton; daughter, Sandra Satterfield of Lilburn, Ga.; sons. Roger Dittmar of Seattle, Wash. Edward Dittmar of Florida; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; stepdaughters, Mistie Holmes of Franklinton and Delores Holmes of Syracuse, New York; stepson: Patrick Holmes of Williamsport, Pa.; four step-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents

He will be laid to rest with other family members in Georgia.
