Mary Jo Nutt James

Mary Jo Nutt James, 74, died at 4:20 p.m. Tuesday, July 21 at her residence in Franklinton. She was a member of First Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, A. Clayton James of Franklinton; two daughters: Deborah Susan (Teddy) Pankao of Union Star, Mo.; Sandra Jo (Randy) Cascio of Denham Springs; two brothers: Robert Nutt and Sydney Nutt, both of Madison, Miss.; three stepchildren: Mark James, John James and Elizabeth Leblanc; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held at Crain Funeral Home on Thursday from 8:30 a.m. until time for the funeral service at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Rev. Luther Stanford and Rev. Percy Frazier officiated. Burial followed in the Ellis Cemetery.
