I want to tell you how sorry I am to hear that Mrs. Chatmon has left us. Your mother was good to me. She helped me get my first job, planned all my high school courses, help me get my first scholarship, attended my wedding, etc. She kept up with me and I tried to keep up with her. I am sorry that I can't be with you, but please know that I cared deeply for her and pray that God gives you strength. She loved all of you!!! Monique "

I was so saddened to hear of Mrs. Chatmon's death. She was my favorite teacher and principal at CMHS. She was also like a Mother to me, warm and caring. My thoughts and prayers are with you. May God Bless each of you and give you the strength you need to take one day at a time. Earth has no sorrow that Heaven can not heal. God knows all things and HE makes no mistakes. We all loved her but GOD loved her best. "
