Arroe Daniels Hill

Arroe Daniels Hill, 82, a native of Mississippi and a resident of Bogalusa, died Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2009 at Lakeview Regional Hospital. 

She is survived by four nieces, Alice Hawthorn of Prentiss, Miss., Flora Lewis of Tylertown, Miss., Linda Templeton of Meridian, Miss. and Denise Foxworth of New Orleans, La.; four nephews, Will Daniels, Keith Daniels and Russell Lucas of Tylertown, Miss. and Kent Daniels of Jackson, Miss.; and three special godchildren, Jennifer Pope, Robert E. Lyons Jr. and Scott Lyons, all of Bogalusa.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alonzo and Willie Mae Daniels; two brothers, Edward Earl and Willie Ray Daniels; two sisters, Mattie V. Daniels and Annie N. Lucas and one nephew, Willie Earl Lucas.

Visitation will be Friday, Oct. 2, from 2p.m. to 7p.m. at Cook-Richmond Funeral Home, and Funeral Services will be held at Cook-Richmond Funeral Home Chapel, Saturday, Oct. 3, at 12 noon. Interment will follow at South Pleasant Hill M. B. Church, Prentiss, Miss.
