Anna Louise Justice Anna Louise Justice was born on Tuesday, March 16, 1948 in Bogalusa, to Johnny and Mary Turner and died Friday, Oct. 30, 2009 in Las Vegas. She attended and graduated from Central High School in Bogalusa and moved to Las Vegas in 1968, where she gained employment at the Frontier Hotel and Casino. In 1972, Anna was married to Lorenzo Justice and relocated to Edwards Air Force Base, Calif. She moved back to Las Vegas after her daughter was born in 1979. With a strong hand for cooking, Anna became employed at the Flamingo Hilton Hotel and Casino. After years of employment at the Flamingo, she later moved to Nevada Palace Hotel & Casino where she remained for 18 years. Anna worked at Bally's Hotel and Casino until her death. She was a faithful member of New Birth Baptist Church, under the leadership of Bishop Tyrone L. Seals. Anna leaves to cherish her memory a devoted daughter, Stephanie Justice-Johnson; grandmother, TyAnna Johnson; son-in-law, Johnny Johnson; ex-husband and good friend, Lorenzo Justice; sister, Mary (Charles) Hawthorne of Las Vegas; two brothers: Johnny Curtistene) Turner of Las Vegas and Skipper Gatlin of Japan; best friend, Gloria Neal of Bogalusa; goddaughter Cathy Lander of Las Vegas; a host of nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Turner; father, Johnny Turner; sister, Tressie Gilispie and two brothers, Hilton and Thomas Young.
